This Registration Area is for Medical Professionals only.

You will be required to enter your Professional ID Number and contact telephone number.

After your have completed the registration, 25BMI’s support staff will contact your office directly to confirm your account details and activate your account.

Once your account is activated, your patients can link to your 25BMI profile and you can view your patients’ accounts and monitor their weight loss progress.

The 25BMI program is free for HSE medical card holders.

A valid monthly coupon code for your medical card patients will be emailed to you very six months   for you to give to your patients so they can access the 25BMI service for free.

This free-access coupon is valid for one year’s access to 25BMI.
