This Registration Area is for Medical Professionals only.

You will be required to enter your Professional ID Number and your contact telephone number.

After your have completed the registration, 25BMI’s support staff will contact your office directly to confirm your account details and activate your account.

After your account has been activated, your patients can link their 25BMI profiles to your 25BMI profile and you can view your patients’ accounts and monitor their weight loss progress.

Patients can also securely submit information to you on the 25BMI platform including:

(A) Their medical history;

(B) Their personal feedback on any negative side effects from the medication prescribed by you to date;

(C) Their personal record of which medication was prescribed to them and when; and

(D) Their preference for continuing the treatment.

All the above information is then available to you online at 25BMI – at the click of a mouse – thereby steamlining your patient consultation process.

The 25BMI program is free for HSE medical card holders.

A valid free coupon code for your HSE medical card patients will be emailed to you very six (6)  months for you to give to your patients so they can access the 25BMI service for free.

This free-access coupon is valid for one year’s free access to 25BMI.
